Mirjam Cvetic, Lindback Award & Ira H. Abrams Memorial Award for Distinguished Teaching
Professor Mirjam Cvetic,
current Associate Chair for Undergraduate Affairs in Physics &
Astronomy, has been named a 2012 winner of the Lindback Award for
Distinguished Teaching. Established in 1961, the Lindback is the
University's highest award for teaching.

Mirjam Cvetic is also this year's recipient of the Ira H. Abrams
Memorial Award for distinguished teaching, SAS's highest teaching honor.
Created in 1983, the Award recognizes teaching that is intellectually
challenging and exceptionally coherent and honors faculty who embody
high standards of integrity and fairness, have a strong commitment to
learning, and are open to new ideas.
Mirjam Cvetic Ranked #8 Supersymmetry Citations
Mirjam Cvetic's
work was recently ranked #8 by total citations of all papers published
on supersymmetry in the past 10 years. The ranking was done by
